With more and more people being uninsured or under-insured medically, they are going to be looking for alternative treatments and preventive measures. They will be pleasantly surprised at what’s available.

Hi Kim: thanks for following me on twitter. I am also into health and nutrition….Freshly ground flax seed with freshly ground sesame seeds mixed with organic oat bran, soy milk, banana is a great started in the morming preceded with a cup of organic cocoa mixed in skim milk several times a day is probably the highest anti-oxidant you can take and great for lowering high blood pressure.
