I just found this ACL knee operation on YouTube. This is what I had done! Some blood and gore here – just a heads up!
You can read posts on my uber fast recovery and what I did pre-operation to help speed up the process. I am over a month ahead and have the OK from my surgeon to kite surf with a surfboard (no straps to get my knee twisted in)! My Knee Surergy Journey
