Two times a year I get a sinus infection due to very sensitive ears. It usually lasts about 4-5 weeks each time. This time I started on the Oil of Oregano right away along with some Echinacea/Goldenseal several times a day. It has been day 4 and it is 75% gone and still improving. I really think the Oil of Oregano is what did the trick even though the taste and smell is awful. I took 4-5 drops in water about 4 times a day.

Thanks, Angela! You are right – Oil of Oregano is truly amazing! I can’t remember the last time I had a cold thanks to it.

I love your websight KIm. We use Oil of Oregano in our house as well, even my children. Usually 1 drop in water or under tongue for 2 days straight and any cold symptoms disappear. Amazing stuff!

If I ever feel something coming on, (which I hardly ever do anymore) I definitely reach for the oregano oil. It does work!!

Great post. I have been using OOO for awhile. It tastes terrible, but works great!
