One of the first things my anti-aging doctor did was have me take 2.5mg of melatonin (sublingual) every night when heading off to sleep.  He said this was one of the biggest anti-cancer things I could do for myself and recommends anyone over the age of 30 take melatonin at night. I am back from my latest visit with my preventive health/anti-aging doctor!  We went over my latest test results and did a ‘truncal body fat’ test (the one where they pinch fat with calipers!). Today I will talk about my testosterone.  Yes, you are all getting to know me very well!

Food Inc. provides plenty ‘food for thought’.  And that is an understatement.  It touches on the obesity epidemic and the soullessness of the mass-produced.

I didn’t drink coffee until Freshman year at University.  I had to pull some ‘all nighters’ writing essays until the sun came up, so I started drinking coffee to stay awake.  That is when I acquired the taste for coffee.  Up until then, I thought it tasted horrible and wondered what all the hype was [...]
